So thrilled to have our partnership with Whole Foods Market and Whole Kids Foundation recognised at the Charity Times awards. Our Schools to Market programme impressed the judges who were looking for a corporate partnership that engaged the whole community. That's exactly what Schools to Market does; bringing together children, parents, teachers, chefs, gardeners, Whole Foods team members, farmers, marketing experts and Whole Foods customers to experience the journey from seed to supermarket. We would like to say a big thank you to the four Southwark schools that raised £336 for FareShare at last week's Celebration Sale.
This week our Young Marketeers winter sale schools had an eye-opening visit to the FareShare depot in London.
Today schools and nurseries across the country are opening their doors to parents, grandparents and members of their local community and enjoying a freshly prepared, locally sourced roast dinner together.
