Soup session for our Young Marketeers
Our Young Marketeers will be put through their paces as Borough Market's Food Quality Panel comes to call!
Following a masterclass with chef, Nicole Pisani, it's tasting time for our young chefs. Recipes devised by our winter sale schools, using surplus veg from FareShare, will be checked for flavour and presentation ahead of our sale day on Tuesday 7 February. On the big day, our four winter sale schools will sell their tasty soups and fresh bread baked at Bread Ahead to the crowds at Borough Market to raise money for FareShare. Our lucky member school, Sacred Heart RC Primary visited Bread Ahead's teaching kitchen for a crash course in bread baking.
