Secrets of the teenage brain

4 April 2017

The Institute for Food, Brain and Behaviour has developed this animation showing us the secret to keeping the teenage brain happy.

With the help of scientists, teenagers, parents and teachers, the animation explains how the brain works and what we need to eat to keep it performing at its best.

They've even produced a handout to go with it if you want to find out more or see how you’re doing. Watch the video here.
